To successfully process any claim of tampering or missing items, you must follow these steps:
Inspect the Box Immediately: All packages require a signature upon delivery, before signing for and accepting the package, or immediately after it is handed to you. Carefully inspect the exterior of the shipping box.Check for any signs of re-taping, tears, punctures, or crushed areas.Verify that the custom security tape used by Capelli is intact and not obscured.
Mandatory Photographic Evidence (Before Opening):In order to claim that your shipment has been tampered with or has missing items, you must first have clear, high-resolution photographs of the original shipping box as it arrived, before you open any product.The photographs must show all six sides of the box (top, bottom, and four sides) and clearly display the shipping label and our custom security tape.
Mandatory Contact Window:You must report any claims of tampering or missing items to us via email at capellisalonstudio@gmail.com within 24 hours of the delivery date and time, as confirmed by the Canada Post (or other carriers) tracking number.Claims received outside of this 24-hour window, or claims not accompanied by the mandatory evidence above, will be denied without exception.
